Let’s blend some cosmic insight with a bit of business wisdom. We’re at the tail end of Pluto retrograding into Capricorn for the final time, and if you’re feeling the intensity, you’re not alone. For those of you who may not follow astrological transits, think of this energy as a cosmic shake-up — a breakdown of systems, structures, and illusions that no longer serve us. What’s happening in the stars mirrors what’s happening within us and around us in real-time.
Here’s the thing: as much as people scream for change, they resist it with equal force. This resistance creates friction in our businesses, relationships, and communities. Many of us are stuck, clinging to outdated beliefs and systems because it feels safe — but that safety is an illusion.
Over the past week, we reopened the doors to The Porch, our peer-to-peer support group. After a long hiatus, we spent 7 days together, and the most important takeaway?
Our external reality is a reflection of our internal state.
When our surroundings become uncomfortable, it’s a sign that we’re out of alignment with our true desires and that something inside of us has shifted. Yet, many aren’t willing to face this reality.
Accountability is the theme right now. Personal accountability is the linchpin of collective responsibility. If we don’t take care of ourselves, we place strain on the systems we are part of. You cannot expect the world to change if you refuse to change yourself. Your external success — or lack thereof — is a mirror of what’s happening internally.
We live in a world that’s unraveling quicker than we anticipated. The illusion of stability is breaking down. People thought change would trickle in, but the universe has flipped the table. And that’s okay. It’s time to adapt or stagnate.
One of my strengths is adaptability. I’ve navigated the tech world, systems design, business strategy, and spiritual consulting, and one thing remains true across all fields: the ability to pivot is what separates those who thrive from those who fade. If you aren’t evolving with the times, you’re falling behind. The world has changed, and so must you.
We’re no longer in a world where sticking to rigid ideals will save us. Times have shifted, and they will continue to shift. Those who refuse to adapt are filling the consequences. This isn’t about politics; it’s about survival.
Now, more than ever, it’s essential to be adaptable. To be flexible, to learn new skills, and to face our internal blocks head-on. If your body is telling you something, listen. If your business feels shaky, reassess. These are opportunities, not setbacks.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s this: we are only as strong as our weakest link. Whether it’s in your family, business, or community, if one person refuses to adapt, it compromises the whole. Personal accountability — being honest with yourself and not clinging to outdated ways of thinking — is the key to progress.
Many of you are seeing the truth of this now. The masks are being ripped off. We love to expose the corruption and lies of others, yet often we are the ones lying to ourselves. These energies are forcing us to look at those lies, at the faulty foundations we’ve built our lives upon, and urging us to make a change.
If nothing else, sit with this question: How have you resisted change? How has your inflexibility affected your life, your business, your relationships? The world as we know it is changing faster than we ever imagined, and to not take that seriously is irresponsible.
Collectively, we’ve tolerated too much, from poor health choices to broken systems. It’s no longer enough to push responsibility onto the next generation. This is our mess to clean up. The future isn’t guaranteed, and if you want to be part of it, you need to step up, take accountability, and adapt.
It’s not about scarcity. It’s about creativity and imagination. Those who will thrive in the coming years aren’t those waiting for someone else to fix things. They’re the ones who are getting creative, who are learning how to make something out of nothing, who are adaptable in the face of uncertainty.
The time is now to get out of the victim mindset. Stop settling for just enough. Your lack of adaptability doesn’t just affect you; it ripples out to everyone around you. Change isn’t easy, but neither is stagnation. You decide which discomfort you want to endure.
